The project is developed as a housing concept intended to establish a sensitive relationship with its environmental and urban context. The overall design language is deliberately restrained to harmonize with the surrounding neighborhood fabric.

Façade composition and the arrangement of openings are aimed at maximizing daylight within interiors and facilitating natural ventilation. A pared-back material selection and clear detailing were chosen for ease of maintenance and long-term clarity.

The planning strategy supports flexible use scenarios; relationships between entrance, circulation and private living areas are designed with clarity and user comfort as priorities.
